give customer services a ring if its out side of its 12 month they should do it for free, all we used to do was email the details of the phone that needed unlocking onto a differenct department.

give em a ring worth a try, although there were loads of retards working there so chances of getting some one to do this is doubtfull lol.

my bad i meant 6280, yeah i can do them free too lol, but i didnt have the 6280 on my list and googled the 6820 by mistake
