BTW is said program easy to use for a beginner?

If you want to learn how to use CAD software then you should get Prodesktop or Solidworks. Solidworks is a more powerful program and you can get other programs like Imageworks (normally included) so that you can learn to render stuff up. There are other programs for testing your designs available for Solidworks so you can test aerodymanics, stress, strain e.t.c....
