an i cant ive got work to do on the van

spent all yesterday working on it
woke up @ 2 this morning chest was hurting, took pain killers
couldnt get back to sleep

now feel shitty, and weak

i'm the same mate, just feel physically tired, and i'm heating up, didn't get much sleep. Feel better today but now i have developed a cough.
