3 pounds in a week of lean mucle seems a bit unlikely for someone who isnt trying to gain mucle specifically, and even if you are trying to gain mucle you need to eat a lot so i guess if you didnt change your diet its not actually mucle.

my bet is its probally just water retension or something like e.g you need a dump lol, as body weight changes from time of the day; meaning you weight less in the morning than you do at night ect.

what were you doing in the gym? routine i meen.

should weight your self the same time of day and wearing the same with the same scales every time you want to get weighed.

well your body does add mucle at its highest rate when you first start working out so mabye a pound of it is mucle (debatable) but like i said its probally just your body doing what bodies do and going up an down through the week.

its probs best to weigh your self every 2 weeks or 3 weeks something like that, imo of course.

i would generally leave of weights and just do cardio.

treadmill....rowing machine (works all parts of your body) cycling...cross trainer*i would do at least 20 mins on each* and do some routines in the class rooms ie balancing(balancing balls can help tone tummy muscles) cruches etc

if your looking to lose weight just stick to cardio till your are your desired weight and then you can tone up after.

i would say do the above for a month or so and you will see visable difference then slowly start introducing weights

if your looking mainly to lose weight, you need to do a fair bit more than 25 mins cardio.

agree with the above.....that routine is shocking for someone who is looking to lose weight....its so un-balanced.

do cardio and only cardio for a month and you will see the difference ina good way.

i would definately do AT LEAST 20 mins of each cardio routine as mentioned above
