Its a good price considering they've gone up to around £245-50k now in the space of 15months.
no, although Ive a neighbour who doesnt use theres and is letting me use it. Was looking at buying it but they are going for 20k each and I dont need a car that badly!!!

Yea, just paid 25k for a parking spot 
Really need a car for work though and I guess it'll help resale.

if every1 thinks that ugly u shud wait till the glass shard by renzo piano is started in london itll dwarf canary wharf and is quite similar to the beetham tower ill find a pic quickly
