i sold some 1 a jvc cd changer which i took out of my corsa i tested it before i sent it an it was fine but he asked me how to eject it an now says its broke an wants his money back where do i stand

its his fault he obviously has been using it, your not a shop any way you dont offer a warrenty you cant be held responsible for mechanical breakdown of a second hand item, if it works when it was shipped, its his problem now.

i sold my old vaux veccy bumper.
I advertised it as a genuine vaux bumper not a fibre glass replica.
I got an email asking for a refund as it didnt fit his car and he also thinks its fibre glass.
I told him not to be so silly, and take it along to Vaux who will confirm its a genuine bumper.
