Can someone tell me if this looks like a flange or a sleeve fitting. Its an exhaust for an astra coupe by the way, just hoped someone on here might have a good eye.

I'd say that was a sleeve.

its a sleeve fitting. the top pipe fits at the front ,then the bottom one then obviously the backbox.
