Yeah I would do I've got the 1.6 16v in mine there's miles more power than the 1.4 and plenty enough for the size of car IMO obviusly its not high performance power (110BHP 0-60 9.4ish i think) but i think its plenty enough and plenty of power to accelerate on motorway too I noticed a big difference when 1st changed from my SRi

hey I loved my Corsa SRi! LOL

I like the looks obviusly or I wouldn't have bought it I like the comfort in mine as its got leather and all the toys etc as thats what the Roland Garros Model is about. But its still no VW or BMW. Erm I dont exactly throw it around or anything but I think the handling is fine for what it is its not made to be a sports car

Relaiability is OK touch wood. Its a 53 Reg done 17,500 miles its had to have a new rear window on warranty as some of the heater elements packed in but apart from that I've had no probs

My mrs. has a 1.4 8v 206. It's a GTI lookalike.

It looks nice, handles well. But it is shit slow. It's got no go up hills.

Can't fault the interior, that's not too bad. She's never had a problem with the car. 14,000 Miles in 3 years so that may be why it isn't broken.

Everyone i know that has had a car from the Citroen-Peugeot group has either broken it, or sold it because it's poo.

hehe ive got an 1400 sri, and also a 206 gti. absolutly love the gti, never had any problems with it. handles awesome, and for the money it cost, i would never ever think of getting a corsa in the same price range. its not cheap to insure mind as ive only just gone 20, oh and its very thirsty, hence the corsa for work n back! but i love the car, feels like a proper car, all mod cons etc.
