those of you that have a 1.4 corsa sport (or higher) and have your car seriously modified, and are under 21, which insurance company are you with?
im 18 and looking for a decent insurance quote....

Try www.admiral.com thay are alright for young drivers with modded cars and they do a 10 month bonus accelerator scheme
so after 10 months you get 1 years ncb
or go on www.confused.com

cheers mate, but ive found that things like confused.com are rubbish if youve got a modded car and want to declare your stuff

im 19, 1 1/2 yr licence, 0ncb and pay £85 per month on norwich union directs new pay as you drive scheme in my own name fully comprehensive and drive a 1.4 sri!!
it works like a phone contract, you pay for the amount of mileage you do, so if you have a month where you do very litle mileage it works out cheaper!!
worth ringin them for a quote!!
ps i do approx 800miles a month and it costs me about £90!!

I know it is not correct too really say this thing, but what is more important than insurence is to have the road tax disk. The thing that I do is to get a Cover Slip from the insurence company for one month. Do this when you have to have the tax disk. When yiu get the disk, you do not have to renew the insurence, but yet you will get the road tax for the one year. The police where i live only ever look at my license and tax disk when they stop my car. I have never been asked for the insurence in 3 years being driving!!
