not sure where, but its not hard to do.
Get your std plates covered in window tint film. Thats all it is.

I think Edition38 do this with there Dub show plates etc. Maybe try the forum on there?

Jamsport down the road do them dillon as SyKaTurbo said, but they're pricey about 30 quid
