i got a pipercross viper in my corsa c (1.4) and it sits at the same angle as this:
(borrowed a pic of painz as i don't have a pic of mine uploaded)

basically my cold air feed has 2 very tight bends in it like in the pic above and the viper itself won't shift from that angled position it sits in no matter how u fit it.

do u reckon its worth messing around trying to get the viper to sit straight so those tight bends in the cold air feed as removed?
worth it at all?

thanks

Will making the cold air feed shorter help?

I reckon it will be easier to move the cold air feed around the filter than the other way around.

if there's too many bends in it then trimm the cold air feed down so it's one smooth bend to the point you need it at.

was thinking that but i'd still get a nasty bend due the angle the viper always sits at

yeah - if only i could get the viper to sit in line wiv the engine rather than to 45degree angle like it is now all the bends would b gone

u reckon it would b worth all the trouble to get it 2 sit straight just to get the bends out?

think ure gonna have to put up with the bend going onto the viper, just put the other end of the feed somewhere at bottom grilla as already stated, as that will minimise bends

might try that

or might try getting some aluminum (sp) pipe as this would reduce the bend mayebe?
