on a rough guesstimate would a garage charge to fit springs and dampers..... the springs are seperate from the dampers also.

that'll be fine there's a lovely slot of pavement outside me house mate park it up there with suspension inside and post me the keys... then u can come pick it up later on in the day when ure ready

I know - I went to the garage to ask about fitting the new suspension to my missus Zetec-S - I havn't got time or space, or weather to do it at the moment

One quoted £100 and 4 hours work

the better garage quoted £70 and 2.5 hours
