I think people have been paying me for items theyve won to a different paypal account. How do i find out exaclty what paypal account is registered to my ebay account

when you made the listing, in part 4: Payment and Postage, normally it's there that you put on the email of the Paypal account

Also go in your paypal accout and check which ebay account is registered in for auctions

BTW how do you know they made a payment?
