I have a corsa gsi, but want to colour code the door handles. the problem is what type to use pre 97 por post 97. the newer ones look better but can i use them with my locks as i still want the key bit there or will they not fit correctly as i found out on my 5 door lol

how far the lock barrel comes out i think?

might get a pair aand fit them first to see

Yeah lock is slightly proud on the later ones. What about delock? You don't even need to paint them if you can find a Star Silver Vectra

His car is smoke grey But as Ian says i found some star silver ones never even had to spray them

But still get them off a Vectra as Ian said as there all ready smoothed with no texture

the problem i found last time is that the lock did not reach the outer bit of the door handle so there was about 4mm around it, if that makes sence. dont want to delock as i use deadlocks sometimes and dont want to lose the use of my locks its a true gsi so smoked grey

Screw the deadlocks just whip all the locks out, save's wieght too
