ive got a set of tsw heat wheels, 15 inch 195/45 tyres, how much could i lower on these with minimal arch modds?
and where is best to get the springs?and would it be ok to replace just the springs? and leave the standard shocks etc.

edit: offset et40

you could probably lower by 60mm with no archwork

you can just use springs on standard shocks but the shocks wont last that long

go for 50mm max...I am pretty sure it will rub with 60mm on the et40

Mine lowered 50mm on et42. and sitting close to arch but no rubbing at all...even with loads at the back

Nope, never been an issue!

Personally if you had an accident, i cant imagine them coming around with a tape measure comparing ride heights from standard.

If i was having probs with insurance and ride height, me personally would say it was lowered 39mm! lol

Seems daft to me, try another insurance company.
