tbh he has just ripped off Paris and recreated it with similar buildings.

i dont get it? all i can see is a load of drawings about an imaginery city what am i missing here

The bloke started drawing it at 12 years old - he created a city on paper and drew up economic strategies and governments for it etc..

Pretty cool.
