yeah, but the thing is, they will have been taken off the shelf to the warehouse, then packaged by some spotty 16 year old who doesnt care

if he drops it hes not gonna give a shit, and just wrap it anyway, after which, no-one would know that its damage

but they should replace it for you no trouble
