so before you try and argue against me or gianluigi, answer this question are you one contry or 4 diffrent countries?????????????

If you were born in London Zizou, you are a British National regardless of how French you feel.

The Uk or Gt Britain is made up of four countries in their own right.

I was born in London to English parents, so this makes me about as English as you can get.

I therefore consider myself an Englishman.

I may be considered a British national as anyone else born in the UK would be, but I am English.

The same would apply to any Irish, Welsh or Scotsman. He would consider himself Irish, Welsh or Scottish before British.

Britain is simply an umbrella that houses four different countries.

I'm sure Frenchmen prefer the idea of being recognised as French rather than being included in the amorphous heading of 'European'.

I think you'll find that Britain is Wales, England and Scotland. UK (as in United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland) is Wales, England, Scotland and Northern Ireland
