Does the term in the contract set a time period where they would be prepared to sell minus the rent money??
Im curious as the rent is cheap enough as it is so its not as if there charged over the odds rent...
Just seems to good to be true...I mean why would they do that when in 3 year time it will be 2009 the year after 2008 when house prices will have peaked in the Liverpool area (Capital of Culture)...
ALso its there property essentially so its there perogative to sell or not...they dont HAVE to sell to you just coz it states in a contract the MAY sell to you after a certain time...
I would be dubious of that clause to be honest...it doesnt sound water tight....
