there was a lad selling a "how to" on making a false floor fit perfectly in a corsa b 3 door on ebay and few weeks ago!!

why not use a cardboard template!! trial and error!!

get a big piece of cardboard, cut into two pieces, approx 1/3 and 2/3 (so youve still got access to the spare wheel) then cut bits of til it fits snug in the boot!! place templates on big piece of mdf, draw round, cut out, and tadaaaaaaaa, a false floor!!
ive just thought that up then!!

Infact, I could use my brothers car to make the template if that made things easier? that way you could just pick it up...
