Do SRI's come in 16v engines? My mate has just bought one on an N plate, with a 1.4 16v but i thought SRI's were 8v.

Ive heard they are both 8v and 16v

Yeah the earlier ones are 8v and the newer ones 16v

yes they do. X14XE's, same as the 1.4 sports. Only come with 16v's on a N plate IIRC

They are both 8 valve and 16 valve.

The later ones are typically the 16 valve Ecotec.

When C3RSA used to be a SRi it was an M plate 16v.

My old green bucket orig had a 16v
