Hey, i think ive left myself with abit of a problem. At the moment Im running a set of Infinity 6000cs 95w rms upfront and a set of Infinity 6x9 100w rms, all running off the headunit. Few weeks ago I bought this amp in a sale with the intention of amping the comps and the 6x9 so they would reach their full potential

Since then ive had a rethink and may well get rid of the 6x9's and create a boot build with probably 2x12" subs, which im sure people will agree is alot better. The trouble is with the amp and what to do with it now...2 channels can still run the front comps fine but the other 2 channels at 100w each wont even come close to running my subs, even bridging them only gives around 280w rms which would run only 1 sub...what would you suggest doing? Would it be worth buying a mono amp for the other sub? But then im not sure what to do with connecting 2 up from the headunit, also will the battery be able to handle 2 amps The other option is to obviously just run 1 sub? What do you think?

how many pre outs hav u got on ur headunit? if you've got 2 buy a new amp if u can, u can get a connecter/splitter for the power lead and if ur battery cant cope get a powercap or a better battery.
it all depends what money you've got to play with

Hmm at the moment my headunit doesnt have 2 pre outs, but again that was one area that I was considering for change in the summer..Ive actually changed my battery from 305A to a 420A 55AH battery, would that cope?
Ive actually been looking around further and how would something like this cope with the 104W given out from the amp if I was to run one of each channel....just an idea
