How do you adjust the handbrake from under the car?

Car is on stands outside but i cant find how to tighten it up?

On the rear beam, you will see the cable and there will be a threaded type bit, nip the end of the threaded bit with some mole grips and wind the nut along with an 11mm(i think) spanner.
