any idea on the legal stuff related when soembody issues a cheque when the account is already closed?

is this an offence?

if they did it intensionally doesnt it count as fraud ? i think.

My thought...

well, i guess when somebody is issuing a cheque, he knows that he is issuing it from a known account...which shouldnt be closed
