yeah, spoken to 3 different people who have all told me different things
ive been told that
a) i need to email to confirm that i did not claim against the nova breakin
b) my email was unsatisfactory and wasnt clear enough
c) i need to ring the admin dept (claims dept told me to)
so i ring admin, who tell me to ring the claims dept FFS 
and CCA, i rang at 12, and i was told to ring back in 30 mins
i'm gonna cry

why they being arsey tho if you never claimed for the break in on the nova?? did you just declare it or...??
