how do u change a lock in a door??

strip back off door, unscrew two 10mm nuts and remove entire handle. Then you just remove a pin and out comes the lock barrel.

Thats a rough outline, its not a big job at all. Maybe 30 mins to get it out.

i cant get to one of the screws tho any ideas
or is the a special tool i need?

which screw? if you mean one the nut furthest away from the door hinge you need to loosen it with a ring spanner then do the rest with a small screwdriver.
