i think halfords sell something to do it i think its called glass cutter

well its not actually for me. for a mate of mine. he was asking summit about it. mentioned you get it from halfords, but ive never heard of this before?
anyone shed light?

jewellers rouge is what jewellers use to clean jewellery and to make rings look like new again really good stuff
