whether they go on with V6 calipers is irelevent, the question is whether they will fit on a Corsa hub...

I have 284mm for the disc from the Elise here.
Width and overall hight is different too by about a mm but pad movement should take this up.
I think the elise uses a unique PCD too of 4 x 95.25??

if you buy them from v-tuning they will be redrilled 5 stud ones, or fiat ones with slightly elongated holes

ye v-tuning do them!
Or you can just use Fiat Coupe Turbo discs and re drill the stud holes

Again, 284mm arent they? Slightly different width and depth.
I just used Vectra V6 ones redrilled.
