why the fuck do they get to retire at 60 on my money. They should be told to get back to work and be done with retiring at 65 like the rest of us!

your money

public sector workers are poorly paid in comparison to private sector therefore a decent pension is the least to be expected

yes we get paid on average a little less than private sector but tbh we do fuck all in comparison, we can get away with doing pretty much jack shit, im in such a cushty little job its unbelievable

IIRC it's becasue the government want to get rid of the 85 year rule...

85 year rule is if your age plus years in service amount to 85 years you can retire with a full pention...

I quit my public sector job to do what I'm doing now, money ws better and I could get away with what ever I wanted, but it was shit boring and got depressing after 3 years.
