firsty how do you get it out. i can get a spanner on it put it hits of the radiator and gear box.
secondly how much are these new. vauxhall want £40

i found mine very hard to get out , the bolt had rusted a bit so it wasnt easy , and that was with the manifold out . i had to put it in a vice , put a spanner on it , then hit it with a mallet , so not easy , it may come out easier though if you warm it slightly but not 100% sure . i would look in to getting a second hand one , i think corsa808 hasa fair few mate

Try ringing AutoVaux.
I found them good to deal with and cheaper for vauxhall parts than vauxhall.

i was told its much easier to do if the exhaust is warm. do you think the only way to get in off is to take te whole manifold off?

i wouldnt say the only way mate , but with the amount of force i had to use to remove it i found it the easiest , like you say id leave the car running for 5/10 mins to get it warmed up then try . I didnt do this as i was removing the manifold anyway .
