this morning sum idiot smashed into front of my car, had estimate already £1300 worth of damage. his insurance company are reluctant to repair car due to age and value etc.

Where do i stand?
cuz im set to loose out when it isnt even my fault.

you got the person who crashed in you details I hope?

If so it will go through there insurance and your car will be declared written off and you'll get current market value.

take it to small claims, if you have proof of how much its worth they should pay up and get it fixed. Takes forever though

yeah i got everything from him. pisses me off though cuz of money iv spent on it and i pay insurance etc, but because some terwat hits me and his insurance company dont wanna pay i loose out!

thats life, it is fucking annoying but nothing you can do about it. If you've parts on the car ty and get them off before it gets taken away

havent had time upload em yet, dashing between hospital n home at min, but bodyshop say £1300

If you produce reciepts for whatever you have done it may help your cause other than that prepair to get book value!!
