Well Charlie attacked her, and remember he said to Sayer 'No-one can find out what I did to her' so you might be right

I think Henry is smarter than Jack / Locke so he's been playing them against eachother

He sent Anna & Co to a trap where the others will trade them back for him

What did we think of the other hatch in ep15 where Kate found the fake beard n clothes?
