yeah same with my girlfriends connection, thought it was ntl, gays whats the point of a 10 meg line if it never frickin works.

Same here Mark....... Do you find that your NTL packs up for 5 minutes the same time every day

I have never had any problems with itr recently this is the worst its been for ages!!
