the airlines that fly to dubai are
sri lankan airlines
virgin airlines
emirates airline
air india

there are loads or do you mean which companies to package holidays?

companies that do package holidays, ive looked at all the obvious ones like first choice, air tours, thomsons and thomas cook and none of those do it
