sounds like what happened to my old gsi. insurance took it for repairs, 3months past and the car hadent been touched, made a fuss, insurance company got on the backs of the bodyshop, owner of bodyshop did a runner, insurance company did fuck all about it,another 3months passed with numerous calls and letters from me to both the insurance company and the bodyshop, the night the owner returns, my car 'disapears' and is found burnt out the next morning. now im outta pocket and after making the claim which now stays by my name for the next 5yrs, my insurance company wont pay out!
