4:50 or so for early shifts, 7am or so for late shifts.

this morning i was up at 7.15,in the gym for 7.45 at work for 9.15.I didnt go to sleep till about 2.30 either as i am loving the commenwealth games.

At the moment keep waking up between 6 and half 6. Haven't slept properly for the past 3+ weeks!

I have serious difficulty getting up any earlier than 1030 these days. I am setting my alarm for 0900 now so I don't sleep in too late
