The corsa looks so funny without doors. This is light weighting to the extreme

as you may know some chav tried to break into my car:

So i had to get a new door.
Removed all the bump strips and tcut and polished

then i drilled out the old mechanisim and removed my door and fitted my leccy windows into the new door including my locks and handles.

Then finally i ended up with the finished product all in two days work.

cheeky git. Its actually quite scary how simple the corsa locks are
I think the bit that took the longest was the removal of the rivets with a drill which cost me a few drill ends.
Also taking the door off is hard as its a 2 man job

Nice work Reedy. Good feeling of accomplishment I bet.

Nice to have the old girl secure again no doubt.

Now just lay in wait under a tarpaulin on the back seat with a pump action for the c*nt that did the damage it to come back.

edit: BTW, top result on getting a replacement door in the same colour.
