well now i have had my car on the road since christmas all has been going well :touch wood:
with upcoming show season the list of things to do is actually getting smaller
iv got
on the inside -
passenger boot plastic to fibreglass and trim
driver c pillar to trim
driver side air vent to paint
squeaky clutch (think it is the cable coming through grommet, need to adjust grommet)
then on the outside -
need to get bonnet lined up properly
rear bumper sorted (lots of stone chips )
doors rehung to stop leaks
front driverside splash guard fitted should be done if it wasnt for SEL imperial sending me the wrong part 4 times
suspension/handling sorted
then clean and polish it all, got few wee shiny bits to fit under bonnet aswell
hopefully get all interior bits trimmed/painted in next week or so along with rear bumper sorted,
then get it painted and the doors and bonnet sorted before Donny
only a month away
best get to it

more the top than the diagonal.
what do you mean by unscrewing them, thought it was just 2 pins.
yep probably get then inside bits finished this week
maybe doors sorted to if i have any luck. going to order new splash guard today, 5 min job
then it is just the rear bumper, shall sort it then see if i can get it painted the same colour as car at a decent price

nope hasnt yet, looked at it last night. it is the grommet that looks like it has moved slightly and the wire coming through it has plastic protection sleeve, this is rubbing on the grommet making that annoying squeak couldnt move it tho

do you mean the catch towards rear of door or the actual hinge
this needs sorted asap
going to pick up material on way home to get interior patrs done and redo some of them aswell also to see bout getting seats trimmed
also going to vaux to get splash gaurd
have interior parts painted but not 100% so they are all coming out in the next day or 2 to get all rubbed down and repainted
then going to have a go at the doors, bonnet and rear bumper next week, hopefully get engine bay cleaned/tidyed up aswell
goin to be busy next couple weeks as need it all looking perfect

sorry, not checked for a while, i mean the catch.
off the top of my head without goin out check, there are 2 torx bolts i think, just loosen them and push them towards the car, will hold the door in a little closer and hopefully stop the leak
