Well I'd have thought they can put it back, be like a transplant into the same person it came out of... problem is if the kidney has been discarded, at which point it's hello dialysis for a significantly truncated remaining lifespan.

I would prefer to be skint and have my health than be rich and have problems by being a guniea pig
