i've been having breathing trouble since giving up, i've felt like i've not been breathing enough, not struggling for air, but just not breathing deeply enough
BUT, i tried smoking again last week, and i felt even worse

Just think what your chest would be like when your in your 50s though.
Not being preachy but if you stop while your young your body is in a better condition to start its recovery

try not smoking for as long as you can, but have a pack of 10 cigs with you, once you give in to the urge to have a cig have as many as you possibly can straigt after each other so that it makes you feel sick. Then try and associate that feeling with cigs, the next time you have an urge remember back to feeling sick.
It's worth a shot.

You really have to want to quit for it to actually work. Wont be easy but is certainly worth it so you're children won't have to watch you die and be angry with you because its somthing you should have stopped but didn't have the will power do.
Rob, don't give up. I know its hard as i did it but its worth it! Plus now whenever i see a lass smoking i think what a right dick she looks!

at the moment i'm still fully in control of my cravings.
ive been smoking less and less over the past year anyway, so it makes sense to just stop
i wasnt expecting to feel so ill though, thats come as quite a shock
but it will be worth it

Just think brett, after a few weeks of hard work and a few cravings you'll be on the way to being so much healthier and come the summer you'll have more energy to run around with your little girl
I got dizzy when i was giving up and cracked my head on the sink
