Is it possible to fit a new type Corsa C CD Player (i.e. CD30, CD30 MP3) into a pre 2005 Corsa C, as I understand that the connections are different ?

Is it still possible to fit, and is there a lead available that will convert connections without cutting cables ?

Any help would be appreciated.
