The search for a new car entered its 3rd week last sunday...
For those who dont know, I put the idea of the 330 Comvertible to bed for now, as Im looking to buy my own place sooner rather than later

This meant that I needed a sensible car...Most know I miss my astra, so it was sort of logical to explore that route further.

I found an totally standard, '04 black GSi on the trader last sunday.8) Seller had just placed the advert and I was the first caller. Provided it was as described, I would buy it, so yesterday Astra Dan, Benn and me set off to Hertfordshire.

Car was as desrcribed, so I bought it. (Seller was an older gentleman, who was selling to get a VXR)

The pictures.

Me and the seller at his home...just getting ready to take it

Journey Home...

Back to Dans House...
Old stereo coming out...tasty Alpine 9835-r going in (cheers Steve)

Orange bulbs...

Silvertecs in...

Nasty V grille

New Irmy one fitted...

Back at home

Obligatory A-S sticker - cheers Mat:wink:

Immediate Plans:
Eibachs already ordered, awaiting delivery

New foglight required as passenger one is cracked

Already spent £300 this week, and that was before it was even in my possesion.
Probably spending more than that this coming week

I really like the interior/seats etc
Obviously full leather would have been nice, but tbh I think full leather is too much. Black car, black leather = no definition imo
