Probably about £1500 pcm for that in Central London

My two bed is £1300, but it's no where near as big as that.

Are you sure? did you look at the floor plan? the flat is 42 square metres

Cant say I looked that closely, theres are loads of new flats in that block though, maybe the virtual tour was taken on one thats the other way round?
