I think it is true mate, I can't see how the can play in the championship with a capacity of just over 4,000 with terracing when some pretty big clubs will be going there (if they go up)
I like your stadium, only thing is in my eyes its like 4 nice stands, not a bowl. Looks like the atmosphere would be pretty poor ?

Atmosphere was rubbish when it only had 3 sides but since the 4th one has been built its improved. The roofs down the side are fairly low so it keeps the noise in which helps keep the atmosphere in.
Also depends on how many fans are actually in the ground, it holds approx 25,000 and we average around 12/13,000 for most game so its only ever half full. When we play a big team or someone who sells all there allocation of tickets its rocking

Only 60k capacity? I thought it would be a HUGE one I don't like Arsenal very much but I would have thought (in a non-tight way here) that they could have done better in getting more fans in. Or is Ashburton a particularly small site?

the costs to go above 60k is stupid. Liverpool looked into a 60k and 80k stadium, 60k was 60mil and then 80k was 130mil!!

Yeah...when you go over 60K theres LOADS more planning issues and red tape to overcome.

Not anytime soon, our current board are useless.
There was a petition but it had little effect.

Ah well, although your ground isn't the best, it has character, something nearly all these new ground lack.

Indeed, its a 'proper' stadium. Creates a good noise too. Shame about the exec boxes, i'd be happy to stay put and build a 4th stand. Also tidy the whole place up and give it a revamp.
