Apprently Le Guen built his Lyon side around quality young talent that he brought into the club. My only concern is that this will be more difficult to achieve with Rangers unless he is given substantial financial backing

we actually have a really good youth setup with a few youngsters breaking through

our under 17's are the best ever seen in scotland apparantly
