Has anyone on here had it done and what was the outcome?

I have near perfect eye sight with glasses but without them my vision is awful.

It's painless and the only irritation is what you feel afterwards - how long that last depends on what type of surgery you undergo, I had an assesment this week and am seriously considering it - my mum dad and brother have all had it done and they love it

Sometimes they prefer to wait untill you are out of your 20s as your eye sight can still change and as it can only be done once it would be down to if they think your suitable

I couldnt have it done, one of my eyes is worse than the other (lazy eye) but because of what i have basicly means the nerve hasnt developed, it wont make any difference as the lazer is on the surface of the eye.
One of the blokes at work had it done, his distance site was much better afterwards, but close up was actually worse!!

Seeing as laser eye surgery isn't even a proven technology I would steer clear.
