... for my mk3 Astra 5dr, same colour as it is now (Satin Red), but has a few small dents needing to be sorted out, and both driver side doors are creased at the bottom half due to a slight driving error in Manchester fairly recently...

Would £1k seem like an average price? Or would I be looking at more?

I know you are all going to say "go see some bodyshops" and "get a quote" etc. but can't take any time off during the week from work at the moment to do this, so just looking for very rough indications from you lot before I approach bodyshops.

Go see some bodyshops and get a quote!

Spending 10 minutes on the phone in a lunch break will easily give you a rough idea of the prices in your area!
Dont be lazy!

So you believe that the people of CorsaSport are better suited to give this estimation with the same amount of info?

Sorry, but what ever answer you get on here it will mean fuck all, so dosn't really matter!

Yeah just looking to get a simple blow over respray or whatever it's called.

Most of the paintwork is OK it's just the front driver's doors, passenger side front door, bonnet, and bumpers really that need sorting, but I reckon a respray all over would be better for colour match purposes?

I would just leave it as it's only going to knock a few hundred off the sale price. I'd just touch up the bare bits that may rust.

I had the rear quarter sprayed on my Saxo at a back street body shop. The job was pants and cost £140.
