i know an impreza will outhandle it
just wondering if its beat it in a line?

also considering a mx5??
mr2 turbo rev 3 gt?

impreza and mx5 are both great handling cars

mx5 is simpler to work on and has a realy nice drving position

impreza has more power is harder and more expensve to fix

i spose the mx5 can be tuned. get a 1.8 and play with the engine, wonder if they have a lsd??

imports dont bother me, there are plenty of uk registered imports
itll be used on road every so often and taken on the track

dont get an impreza most expensive mistake i ever made scoob shud run just under 14 std on an early import mine was supposed to have been capable of around 12.8 when lookin at similar spec'd cars 1/4s mine had around 330bhp n not disimilar torque

14.4 its very good for a xe corsa.if is a uk scooby u would probs of beat it. mines runs 13.2 in the damp and that was at 260bhp now running over 300bhp but not be up the 1/4 mile yet.

stuyw off here has an mr2 turbo fella, and trust me its fuckin quick. ive been in two xe corsas, and they just dont compare to it whatsoever
