1500 but car would have to be a beast. i pay 950 now thats enough for me

Agreed...i some time used to find it hard to justify paying nearly 800£ a year for my 1st car when i was 18 (mk1 ford fiesta 1.1GL) lol

£1500 would be my maximum but that would have to be for a very decent car!

Currently paying about £800 on my coupe turbo, but I do have 5yrs no claims.

£1000-1200 would probably be my maximum now. Paid £1850 the first year for the 306, £1250 for the second. More than the value of the car in 2 years of insurance I didn't even use. Ouch.

my limit would be about £1200 with my circumstances now. paying 650 on the pug, hats 22 with 2 years no claims, cheapest quote i got for a group 11 passat was £1200, that was a tdi that is no faster than what i'm driving now.

paid 2k on my audi a3 turbo at 19.

my sister bf pays 3.5k on a rover mgf
