A blue rover in Essex using my plate has been caught parking incorrectly and I have been threatened with court if I don't pay

Rang them up and explained that I own the plate, it's not on a blue rover and have documents to prove it and it has all now been resolved

Can't believe that someone has had the plates made and driving about pikey cunts I hope they get some hefty fines

Its getting more common these days, but normally they nick a plate thats on the same car as theirs!

I've had this before, nothing to worry about it's silly checks they do !

I got done for speeding in Brixton in a red fiesta when 1) I wasn't in Brixtion and 2) I didn't / haven't got a red fiesta.

I gave them a call told them this and they said "Thats ok it's just a check we will cancel that now for you"

My Boss old Volvo got sent to the scrapyard a few years ago. Couple of weeks after he had scrapped it he started getting letters with fines attached for parking in a multistorey car park without paying.

Turns out some guy went along and bought the boot from the scrapyard for his Volvo then didn't change the numberplate. My boss had written to the DVLA saying he had scrapped the car so he could prove to the council what was going on
